Refund Policy
We accept returns of unworn items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Items returned outside of this window may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.
To initiate a return, please contact hello@atelier.example with your order number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Shipping Policy
Orders ship within 2 business days from our studio in London. UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days; EU within 4–7; the rest of the world within 7–14. Free shipping is offered on orders over ₽20000.
Customs and import duties may apply on international orders and are not included in the order total.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the information necessary to fulfil your order and maintain your account. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties beyond our payment, shipping, and email service providers.
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by writing to hello@atelier.example.
