ATELIER began as a notebook of unfinished experiments — pieces drafted, set aside, returned to. Across five years the work has settled into something quieter: garments designed to be worn, repaired, and kept.
Approach
Each edition is small. Pieces are produced in Italy, Portugal, and Japan in collaboration with mills and ateliers we have worked with for several years. Fabrics are chosen first; cuts follow.
Philosophy
We are interested in clothes that age well. Stitch is visible because the work should be. We avoid trends and do not follow seasons; instead, releases follow when the work is ready.
Materials
Wool from a small mill outside Biella. Cotton spun in Osaka. Leathers tanned in Tuscany using vegetable methods. We publish material origins on every product page.
Stockists
The collection is sold directly through this site, with limited quantities held at our studio in London for fittings by appointment.
